Vila Galé Paulista

So so happy with this hotel, I arrived and the receptionist I met, Eve was phenomenonal, very friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay there very pleasant. She also helped me out with some issues I was having with my trip and was happy to help at all times. She was fantastic and is an asset to the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely and in a very good location right next to Avenida Paulista. The interior is beautifully designed with a very nice pool out back. I stayed in the one of the executive rooms and it was lovely, each room has a design from a selected artist which really adds to it, my bed was big and comfy, all the facilities were good. Breakfast is a nice buffet where you can take what you need. All the staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful too. Highly highly recommend here if you're staying in Sao Paulo.

Awesome! It's a great location and I've been there thrice already. Although São Paulo is my hometown I really enjoyed everything this accommodation provided and plan to return. Props to the great staff in all sectors from the front desk to the restaurant, from cleaners to waiters, room service, etc. Even the parking lot dudes were great this time around!

The location is good, close to metro, easy to walk around, hotel is new and nicely decorated, clean and spacious room.Breakfast is fresh and lots of choices.

Just a really cool 😎 and funky hotel, you cannot beat this place for value for money, location, and just amazing service 😀. I am totally in love with this place and don't get me started on the staff, all of them amazing, genuinely warm, friendly and always there to help. I work in high end customer service and so often you see forced and fake 😒 staff, but Vila Galé staff are the real deal, absolutely amazing, wonderful, the best.
